Oppo Enco X3 Design, Color Options, and Key Features Unveiled Before October 24 Launch

The Oppo Enco X3 true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones are set to launch in China on October 24 at 7 PM local time (4:30 PM IST), coinciding with the unveiling of the Oppo Find X8 series of smartphones and the Pad 3 Pro tablet. Ahead of the launch, Oppo has unveiled the design and key features of the earphones, and pre-reservations are now available on the official Oppo China website. The Enco X3 is expected to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Buds Pro 3, which debuted in India in August this year.

The Oppo Enco X3 will be offered in two color options: beige and black. The earphones feature a traditional in-ear design with rounded stems and silicone ear tips, closely resembling the design of the OnePlus Buds Pro 3. The Enco X3 will support up to 50dB of active noise cancellation (ANC), providing an immersive listening experience. Equipped with a triple-microphone setup featuring bone conduction VPU support, these earphones promise clearer sound quality. They will also utilize an AI algorithm aimed at improving vocal noise cancellation by 200%.

Teasers suggest that the Enco X3 will deliver a surround sound experience, enhancing audio immersion, and a dedicated gaming mode is also expected, optimizing audio performance for gaming applications. The earphones will support Bluetooth 5.4 for improved wireless connectivity, along with the LHDC 5.0 audio codec.

Since the Oppo Enco X3 is likely a rebranding of the OnePlus Buds Pro 3, it may share several specifications, including an 11mm woofer and a 6mm tweeter with dual DACs for enhanced audio performance. Each earbud may house a 58mAh battery, while the charging case is expected to contain a 566mAh cell. The earphones may come with an IP55 rating, making them resistant to dust and water.

As the launch date approaches, more details about the Oppo Enco X3 are expected to emerge, and it looks set to be a strong competitor in the TWS market.
